Webster Trucks heritage dates back to the early 1900s when it imported heavy machinery in crates ready for assembly.

The business continued to serve the heavy duty transport market and commenced selling and servicing Mack trucks in 1958, this makes Webster Trucks the second oldest continuous Mack dealer in Australia. The integration of Webster and Motors Trucks has seen this long heritage continue as Motors Group Tasmania sold and serviced Dodge Trucks in the early 1900s, becoming the Bedford dealer in the 1950s that evolved into Isuzu, Mack, UD and Volvo Trucks
